Yes, please. All kinds apart from the beatdown stuff, really. Favourite styles are melodic hardcore ala Lifetime, Killing the dream, Ignite, modern life is war etc and also 90's and euro screamo like La Quiete, Pg.99, Daitro, Funeral Diner, City Of Caterpillar, the saddest landscape etc...

Beatdown is mostly kinda dumb and a lot of macho posturing which kinda goes against why I listen to hardcore in the first place. Some of it is good for doing weights to, though! There's so many embarassing euro beatdown videos on youtube that never fail to cheer me up.

Amazing taste, gruunldfuulk! It's nice to see a few other hardcore etc fans here as most people seem to have the same old indie bands in their artist list.

I love it.
Though I'm not too much of a fan of the screaming that seems to be prevalent in a lot of the modern bands.
But that's prbly caus I'm more of a fan of the 80's/90s East coast/NYHC bands ^_^

I enjoy most 80s hardcore and the various off shoots of. Black Flag, Minor Threat, Mohinder, Bad Brains, Gorilla Biscuits, etc. The Banner is the only recent hardcore band I really dig on.

poppier stuff like Lifetime, Gorilla Biscuits and Fugazi is my bag! If you like more screamo-esque bands you should really, really check out Sinking Steps.. Rising Eyes. Not just another Orchid rip off
