Vitamins, Do they work?
Anyone else takes vitamins? Currently, I'm taking them. I actually feel a bit better, not amazingly better but still better than nothing. (Vitamin Brand: Centrum Men)
And do you believe they cause cancer?

you can have your blood tested and see if you're lacking anything.
What doesn't cause cancer at this point?
I take vitamins and a probiotic, the latter making a noticeable positive difference for me, because dairy doesn't like me (although I will never quit you cheese!). Anyway, I have asked different doctors about vitamins and was told they don't provide much benefit, but if someone's diet is not meeting the recommended requirement (and frankly whose is besides Hollywoo health nuts), they are better than nothing. Basically, they would rather people eat a proper diet and gain the vitamins/minerals through the food.
I had not heard vitamins were on the buzz list of what is causing cancer now. I thought the latest addition was processed meats, which they have been saying for years, so no news there. I have heard deodorant causes cancer. I think coffee is back on the good for you list. What a flip flopper, that coffee.....pretty sure I saw a change.org petition about toxic tampons recently. So, I don't know whether to go with a nervous tick, a grain of salt or hysterical laughter? I'm pretty sure I could easily incorporate all three with a bottle of tequila and a bad day.
It's 50/50 and no -- not an advertisement. If this was an advertisement, I wouldn't dare mention "cancer?" in the same field.
Is this an advertisement, or a warning?
