Vegetarianism promotes a diet centered around plant-based foods, and when combined with intermittent fasting, it can offer several potential benefits. Intermittent fasting allows individuals to establish a structured eating pattern, which can aid in weight management and improve metabolic health. Using tools like an intermittent fasting tracker, Lasta fasting https://lasta.app/trackers/fasting-tracker-app/ helps individuals track their fasting and eating cycles accurately. By adopting a vegetarian diet alongside intermittent fasting, individuals can enjoy a diverse range of plant-based foods while reaping the potential health benefits associated with both practices.
DID YOU HEAR ME?! I SAID I'M VEGAN!!
Was vegetarian 10 years and vegan several years before. but now prefer to shift to macrobiotics mode.
It's more natural for me to adapte the world where I am (eat food of the season) and it's also modest to eating the things with the concept of Zen.
Since I'm not sugar lovers and love to eat and use organic food & things, love to practice those recipe and discover my traditional japanese food which I feel better for my body ^^
Also as I'm not prefer to take the chemical things, I don't take Vitamin12 supplements..
If someone takes Vitamin12 supplements plus Folic acid supplements, please check the article below :
