トルネード竜巻 (Tornado Tatsumaki) is a Japanese band formed in 1998 with 名嘉真祈子 (NAKA Makiko - Vocals), 曽我淳一 (SOGA Junichi - Keyboards), フタキダイスケ (FUTAKI Daisuke - Guitars), 柿澤龍介 (KAKIZAWA Ryusuke - Drums & Percussions). They combines various musical styles such as shoegazing guitar, complex rhythms, jazzy bassline and electronic keyboard sound into high-quality pop music. www.tornadotatsumaki.com Tornado Tatsumaki formed in Keio University, Tokyo in 1998. Until 2003, they released One Night Robot Kicks The Rock and Analogman Fill In The Blanks from colla disc. In 2004, they signed with Speedstar Record, released 2 singles ブレイド (Blade), 恋にことば (Koi ni Kotoba), a album entitled アラートボックス (Alartbox), and EP Fairview. A year later, they released 2 singles パークサイドは夢の中 (Parkside wa Yume no Naka), 言葉のすきま (Kotoba no Sukima), and album ふれるときこえ (Fureru to Kikoe). On February 7, 2009, official site announced to suspend acts, however on December 7, 2009, they took part in LOST TREASURES LIVE! at Shibuya O-Nest (Tokyo).
