On October 14, 2005, Show released his 3rd album "Hypnosis SHOW". He collaborated with Jolin Tsai in the song 'zhen ming tian zi' and invited Barbie Hsu to star in his MV 'Self-Hypnotised' At a later part of the same year, Show held his 1st concert at Taipei Arena. He cried when he sang the song 'Strength' as it reminded him of his father who had passed away earlier that year. The concert was a success. After one full year and to everyone's anticipation, Show finally released the album 'SPESHOW' on November 17, 2006. The reason Show decided to title this album 'SPESHOW" was because this was his fourth album with his name included. Show loves to put his celebrity name as part of the title of the album. The word SPE refers to four in Chinese followed by his name SHOW. This album was special in several ways, as Show worked with various artists from different places. However, this album was so popular that within three months, four different versions of the original copy were created with few additional bonus songs. In this album, and perhaps the most popular of all within the songs, Show created his own version on one of the songs by Daniel Bedingfield's 'James Dean (I Wanna Know).' Show's version of this song's name is 'The Dance Gate', translated from Chinese name. In this movie, he proved once again his dancing ability along with different styles of Hip Hop and others in it. This song was so popular when it first came out that everyone can hear it everywhere in Taiwan. In this album, Show has sung many affectionate and love songs, inviting his good friends Ariel Lin and kumi koda to starr with him in few of his movie videos. Not only Show has shown off his skills in singing and dancing, he also proved his ability to sing English songs. This was his first attempt to sing an English song, something that was difficult for him. He admitted that he spent so many hours in trying to pronounce an English word. Show's success of completing an English song really strengthened his English confidence, and it also proved to the media that he strives to improve in many ways. As special and popular this album brought to the music industry in Taiwan and the world, SPESHOW was sold over 400,000 copies within few weeks. This album has created Show's new image and his popularity has grown. He is now known as the next Dancing King on Stage in Asia, just like his good friend Jolin Tsai. After this album, Show has brought so much anticipating and eagerness to many people on his music and his talented skills. In June 2007, Show moved from Avex Trax to EMI Capitol Records.
