Artist, Composer and Producer Tom Salta (www.tomsalta.com) writes emotionally charged electronic music for TV, videogames and movies. Combining his expertise in programming, tech and mixing hit records with the highest production values, Tom Salta creates powerful melodies and hooks with a hybrid of lush orchestral strings and edgey dance music elements. Tom Salta's music was selected by MTV for the popular wrestling reality show "Tough Enough" and he created the main theme for The Discovery Channel's 2003 season of "Wild Discovery". His album credits include Cher's "Believe", Whitney Houston's "Greatest Hits" and Universal's platinum-selling "Pop Stars 2". Tom Salta's co-writer/producer collaboration with pop dance outfit QED yielded a Top 10 Hit Single in the UK dance charts for their debut release "Hardly A Day" (Big Fish Records). Salta also co-wrote/produced songs on QED's debut album "Mobius" (Siren Records), a Critics Choice Album in Billboard (Jan. '04), and was co-producer for the first US single "Love Bites", a remake of Def Leppard's classic rock ballad. His debut Atlas Plug album "2 Days Or Die" (Persist Records) includes the pulsating videogame track "2 Days Or Die" which is featured as the opening cinematic music to Microsoft's Xbox title RalliSport Challenge 2, and "Rule The World" which has been licensed for Namco's Street Racing Syndicate.
