About Brunette
Brunette are a glam rock band from Hollywood, C.A. They were formed by brothers Johnny Gioeli (Law) and Joey (Jo-Jo) Gioeli (Law) in 1988. Though they were an unsigned band that had no record label, Brunette became quickly popular in the US after releasing a lot of Demos. They played some live shows and they released a bootleg called Live at the Key Club which was available for a limited time on an old hardline website (that currently no longer exists). They also were going to star in a feature length film called Smash Crash and Burn directed by Roman Coppola - Brunette starred as the band Royal Smash, but due to legal discretions the film was completed, but sadly never released. The film was set for the summer of 1989. Brunette still continued to play shows up until 1989 when they broke up. However, Brothers Johnny and Joey formed the band Hardline several weeks later with guitarist Neal Schon.
