About Catherine Major
Catherine has been immersed in music since the age of 4. She completed a B.A. in classic piano. Afterwards, she won the Petite-Vallée contest as best singer songwriter in 2002, which led her to write her first album "Par-dessus bord" in 2004. The album won several awards such as the prestigious "Coup de coeur" of the Académie Charles-Cros in France and the award of european concert venues (Rideau) in 2005. Her second album, directed by the talented Alex McMahon, was released in January 2008. An album critically acclaimed and surely a french music album that cannot be ignored.
