About Great Minds

Great Minds are a Indie Pop band from Newport News, Virginia. The band started in 2009 by Jon Smeland and Micah Wood, as an acoustic folk project. Since then the band has progressed a lot with two releases. Their first EP 'Every Now and Then' and their debut full length 'Great Minds'. They are currently in the studio working on their second and currently untitled follow up to their self titled album that came out in 2013.
