About Pudge
There are Two bands called Pudge 1) Pudge are a pissed up indie pop-punk 3 piece All 3 members of Pudge can't drive, 2 of them are on the dole, They sings songs about everyday life in Sheffield. Pudge formed in 2007 after the demise of Wakey Ste's previous band Stop That Astronaut, orginally with Matt Calvinball on drums. However Matt left Sheffield and moved back to Fleetwood in 2008. Pudge discovered that drummers are like Panda's in that there aint that many around these days, luckily enough though after a drunken conversation outside Corporation one night Wakey bumped into Tommy who used to play in Power Corrupts who was up for joining fast songs pending. The new line up came into fruition in early 2009 songs were written, gigs were played with the likes of New Bruises, North Lincoln, Dear Landlord, The Gateway District, Bangers, The Arteries etc. And an album was recorded with Titch(innit man) in spring 2010 Summer 2010 sees the release of the Pudge debut album on Not Shy Of The DIY Records.
