About Recordando o Vale das Maçãs
The group Recordando o Vale das Maçãs was founded in 1973 in Santos, Sao Paulo coast through the union of three young musicians: Fernando Pacheco, Fernando Motta and Dominic Mariotti. Their musical proposal, was to channel the experience gained in contact with nature, through music. The compositions had influences from various styles like rock, classical music resulting in a fusion progressive original and striking. This proposal was identified with the work of other musicians who have been gradually adding to the band. Valuing the combination of acoustic instruments with electronics as well as classical and popular musical genres, his work puts them as one of the best Brazilian progressive rock groups.
