About The Captain

There are at least three artists with the name The Captain. [1] Italy based Boots/Breakbeat/Funk/Soul sideproject by Dj, musician and producer Fab Samperi. Initially breaking the scene through his wild remixes and mashups, (Like the "We will Rock you" remix) The Captain is now a well established and known name in the Funky Breaks and Ghetto Funk scene. Many of his tracks have been gaining support from the likes of Krafty Kuts, Daddy G (Massive Attack), Freddy Fresh, Ursula 1000, Fort Knox Five, Skeewiff, Smoove, and Featurecast to name a few.
