About Vinyl Black Stilettos
'VINYL BLACK STILETTOS' RAMP UP THE HEAT WITH THEIR SEXY, STEAMY, BASS BEATS Ever been kicked in the face... and liked it? Welcome to the hot, hot heat of Vinyl Black Stilettos, a tightly-wound synth electro-punk band. The band is about catchy synth pop that is different than your average female front or role model, because not every female singer is a Britney Spears or Lana Del Rey or has an X factor voice. They're just different and really talented musicians where music comes from the heart. To watch this band, is rocket fuel for festival anarchy, and having generated a cult following across London's hottest gigs, clubs and music venues. Laura Dre is an icon waiting to happen, she is so fiery, she smokes, and with straight-to-the-point lyrics, it's no surprise why comparisons are made to underground sensations Peaches, CSS and Shirley Manson. The band's schedule promises to elevate Vinyl Black Stilettos to intense heights this coming year, with the eagerly awaited release of their new EP "Electrical", produced by Pete Gleadall (producer of Pet Shop Boys, Take That, Madonna, U2, David Bowie & George Michael), to coincide with their debut music video release of Electrical, which was directed by RSA Films (Ridley Scott & Tony Scott's production company), as well as an exciting performance at Lounge On The Farm Festival alongside with the Wombats and L-Beach, alongside with Kim Wilde, Robots In Disguise, Frieda Gold, BETTY, and many more. Their song "The Game" appeared on BBC3's TV Show "Lip Service" series 2, episode 3. 2012 promises to blow 2011 away, the highlights of which includes performances at GoGo Festival 2011 alongside Freemasons, BETTY, Terry Poison and having released their debut EP on March 21st, it appears that nothing can stop the band scorching stages nationwide for as long as their furious front woman can carry them. Follow them... just choose your footwear carefully!!
