About Wazu

There are possibly more than one artist by the name of Wazu. 1. An Australian/American electronic garage duo based in New York, New York: WAZU is Matt and Rizz – an Australian/American glam/grunge/electronica/new wave duo based in New York City by way of Sydney. Matt and Rizz met as freshmen at The University of New England in Armidale, New South Wales, Australia. At the official end of the year party for their class, the two met and decided to form metal band, Open the Gates; Matt would play drums and Rizz would sing lead.
