About Winchester

There are several artists by the name Winchester: The first is an indie alt rock group based in Toronto, ON who debuted their first EP, Disassembling Rainbows on September 2, 2011. Although recorded only this year, Winchester’s EP “Disassembling Rainbows” has been years in the making. Beginning in Waterloo Region ON, Lauren Austin (vocals) and Monty de Luna (guitars/keys) worked with various musicians and lineups over the years before deciding to write and produce the EP together. Together, Lauren and Monty blend rock and dance influences with their experience in classical music.
