Dunno, maybe just that she was the only one that had Rebecca’s back when everyone else I was kind of exploiting her…

I think it was implied she was promiscuous but she definitely was having an affair...

I anything it's her independence that was frowned on to some extent. I'm wondering if she married Maxim only because of his fortune and that's what embarrassed him. That he was fooled.
