Biggest mistakes during self-weight loss journey
I've been trying to lose weight for a while now, and honestly, it feels like an endless battle. I started out thinking that if I just cut calories drastically, I'd see the results faster. But instead, I felt more fatigued, and my cravings went through the roof. I even tried skipping meals at some point, thinking it would help, but I only ended up overeating later. It's so frustrating!
