You could get so many different answers here, it all boils down to personal preference really.
Me, I have pretty much given up listening to UK charts as it's now become full of the X-Factor/Voice Britains got talent tripe. True, quality artists in the UK don't seem to get a look in nowadays.
I listen to a lot of Japanese pop music, is it the best? Not necessarily, but I enjoy it. Much more than my own countrys artists. One thing I am sure of, though - the Koreans are masters at churning out female groups....

Also, your brainwashed notions about the US and it's role in the Middle East, and this nonsense about prejudice against 'brown people'. The US overall does not get that much oil from the Middle East. And of bombings, torture, and rape. Well if memory serves me right, the Germans sure aren't 'brown people'. That's not to say that I approve of bombing people into oblivion, or of torture, or rape. But there are no saints from either side of any conflict. And which country sends more supplies and money to areas of the world which suffer major natural disasters, many of which are populated with whom you refer to as 'brown people'? Well, that would be the US. Your arguments, well actually the ramblings of a psychotic, are not only are off topic of your own post, but are not based in any fact, and are prejudiced in it own right. And guess what. I have neighbors who are what you refer to as 'brown people', and we all get along just fine. I doubt you would as you see 'brown people' as weak, and to be pitied, and thus would make you feel superior to them
