a documentary exploring the roots and origins of Hard/Heavy/Doom Rock and Metal from the end of the 1960s up through the mid-2000s. great if you want to learn more about the lesser-known seminal artists, like Pentagram, Sleep, Kyuss, and the bands of Wino (The Obsessed, Saint Vitus, Spirit Caravan). it also highlights a few (then) up-and-coming bands of the time, including the breakout band Earthless.
