create me a Spotify Playlist based on sharing by my matches

create me a Spotify Playlist with songs shared recently by my closest matches.

- allow me to specify how often i want these playlists (i would pick once a week or month)
- allow me to specify how many songs should appear on the playlist
- automatically pick the tracks that most closely match my music taste, from songs shared recently by my closest matches
- allow me to remove a band from ever appearing in the playlist
- allow me to prevent a match (i.e. another Tastebud) from getting songs added to my playlist
- allow me to specify which Spotify Playlist Folder (in my Sootify Account) the playlist should be created in
- allow me to specify the type of playlist i wish to be created

allow the following types of playlists to be created:
- Discovery (select songs from bands that are not listed on my profile)
- Anything (select songs whether the band is listed on my profile or not)
