Problems with instant chat

Hi.
The last couple of times i've tried to use the instant chat on here, it hasn't been working properly. I seem to be receiving messages OK (as far as I know!) but when I try to reply, a lot of my messages are not going through or even showing in the 'chat window'. This seems to happen especially after I have sent one message and then try to send another one immediately afterwards, before the other person has replied.

Please could someone look into this for me?

Hi studiojoe.

Mine is OK now actually....I posted that original request for help 4 months ago! Although there is no reply on here, I did actually speak to one of the moderators who sorted it out for me.

I hope you get yours sorted too. The moderators on here are pretty good....they do seem to read everybody's posts on here so I'm sure they will fix the problem for you. :-)
